It would seem Stacy S. got this week’s mystery animal, although she cheated. It is, in fact, Proteus anguinus, also known as the Olm, Human Fish, Cave Salamander, or White Salamander. I have more pressing issues I’m working on than this at the moment, but I will, in the near future, post more information on this species.
